Royal Cousme Return and Exchange Policy
At Royal Cousme, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipment date.
General Return Guidelines

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached, sanitary liners (if applicable) intact, and in original packaging.

Returns must include the original invoice or packing slip.

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Swimwear can only be returned if the hygienic liner is still attached.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Methods
Return by Mail
To return items by mail, follow these steps:
STEP 1: Access Our Online Return Center
Visit [royalcousme.com/returns] and log into your account to view order history. Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
If you’re returning a gift or don’t have an account, locate your order using your order number and email address.
STEP 2: Print Return Authorization & Shipping Label
Request a return authorization and print your Return Form and Shipping Label.
Enclose the Return Form in your package and attach the label securely, covering any old shipping labels or barcodes.
If your order arrived in multiple shipments and you're returning more than one item, you may receive multiple return labels. To avoid multiple return fees, we recommend consolidating your returns in one package whenever possible.
Return shipping fee (e.g., CAD 11) will be deducted from your refund for each return label used. Alternatively, you may use your own trackable and insured shipping method. Royal Cousme is not responsible for returns we do not receive.
STEP 3: Drop Off Package
If using our provided label, drop your return at the corresponding courier (e.g., Canada Post). Ensure your items are securely packaged.
Please allow 5–8 business days after we receive your package for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping fees.
Return In-Store
Currently, Royal Cousme does not have physical retail locations. Therefore, all returns must be processed through the online return center or by mail.
Exchanges
Currently, Royal Cousme offers exchanges via a return and re-order process.

To exchange by mail, return your item(s) as outlined above, then place a new order online.

If your exchange item has changed in price and you're within our price adjustment policy window, contact our customer care team for assistance with matching the previous price.
You will be charged for the new item, and once your return is received, you will be refunded for the original item.
Gift Returns
If you received a Royal Cousme item as a gift, you can return it by mail.
To return by mail, visit [royalcousme.com/returns], select "Return a Gift", and follow the instructions.
Returns Without a Receipt
If you've lost your invoice or packing slip, log into your Royal Cousme account, view your order history, and download a new copy of your invoice for printing. This is required for all returns.
Third-Party & Marketplace Returns
If you purchased Royal Cousme merchandise through a third-party retailer or marketplace (e.g., Amazon), please follow their return process directly via your account on their platform.
Buy Now, Pay Later (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay)
If you made your purchase using a financing option such as Klarna or Afterpay, returns will be processed in accordance with Royal Cousme’s standard return policy. Once your return is confirmed, your payment provider will adjust your payment plan or refund accordingly.
